At HappyBird, we know you can’t wait to discover the magic of your new smart birdhouse. That’s why we process and ship every order with speed, care, and reliability.


1. Delivery Time

Each HappyBird product is hand-assembled and individually tested to ensure top quality and minimal waste. We normally deliver within 5-8 workingdays, but with the holiday rush, your order may need a little extra time to reach you.

We work with reliable carriers including DHL, DPD, UPS, and local partners to guarantee fast and secure delivery.


2. Shipping Costs

🇬🇧 United Kingdom: £3.99 flat rate
🇪🇺 European Union: €4.99 flat rate

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout.


3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time.


4. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, is delayed, or appears lost, please contact us immediately at Hello@happybird.eu
We’ll make it right — either by sending a replacement or offering a refund.

We currently ship to all countries within the United Kingdom and the European Union.
